Capitalizing on a centralized, Uptown Waterloo location there are many parking and transportation options within a few short steps of our offices.
Short Term Parking
Immediately in front of the building there is free 1 hour street parking on King Street.
Across King Street there is free 2 hour parking in the Waterloo Town Square parking lot (behind TD Bank).
Within Uptown Waterloo, there are numerous city lots with free 2 hour parking, but the most conveniently located city lot is the Station Lot off Regina Street and beside Paul Puncher Menswear.
With all city lots, if you plan to stay over 2 hours or your meeting is running long, you can easily add extra time using the HonkMobile.com mobile app.
Pay-as-you-go short term parking is also available in city operated lots. Rates and locations are available here .
Long-Term Parking
For long-term parking arrangements, Chameleon Business Centres offers monthly parking passes for the 22 King Street South surface lot, with access off Regina Street. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come first-serve basis to dedicated clients with full-time offices.
Parking passes are also available from the City of Waterloo for parking in their uptown lots, many of which are within easy walking distance of the building.
Many of our clients have also found alternative options that provide convenient parking within walking distance of the building at a more affordable price than public paid lots.

ION LRT
Chameleon Business Centres' 22 King Street South office building is also located directly on the new Waterloo Region Light Rail Transit Line (ION), which is scheduled to be operational in late 2018.
There will be a northbound transit station immediately across from our building entrance on King Street South, and a southbound transit station a few steps away at the corner of Willis Way and Caroline Street.
The LRT promises to provide a convenient, efficient, and comfortable way to get around Kitchener and Waterloo via public transit.
